The Presidential Inauguration moment has finally arrived!!! For the first time in HISTORY, the National Mall has opened for Obama’s presidential inauguration. After a week of being involved in the UPIC events, I waited to witness this historical moment take place in Washington, DC. At the National Mall, I witnessed firsthand a democratic action take place as the President-elect take the oath of office, a peaceful transition towards becoming the next 44th President of the United States!!! Following the oath of office, the newly President presented his inaugural address, setting out his visions and goals for America. Everything turned out to be so beautiful, so harmonious and so powerful!!!
