My name is Bobbie Williams. I'm from Los Angeles, California. What do I think about the Deaf, hard-of-hearing people here? I think it's fantastic. I would like to see more people--Deaf people--involved. I think we need to travel around and campaign for Deaf people, all people, to get involved. This process is for all people. Hearing, Deaf, doesn't matter. Deaf people vote like other people. It's really important to include all, everyone, not just a few people. So, I like what I see, but I want to see more. [Voice off camera: More Deaf?] [Nodding:] More Deaf people involved. We---we need to get the information [stops to ask for sign]--information out to the Obama people and tell them. We really do. We need to include all people--Deaf people, especially, especially, because you vote, you vote.

Leah,

I APPLAUD you and the other DNC volunteers for getting involved in the political process at this level and I hope you ALL will continue to do so. I HOPE to one day see you as our first Deaf Senators, President, or Supreme Court Justice. It is time for all of us Deaf to start thinking BIG.

I also want to thank you for creating awareness of the Deaf voting bloc among Hearing people as well as showing us Deaf what it looks like within a National Party convention.

You have done wonderful work with this! You represent our future!

Bravo to Bobbie Williams for being truly sincere and inspirational.

Please send out my message to Bobbie thru the Obama campaign for me!

Don G,

My deaf mother always envisioned me to be the President of the United States. She bought me the ceramic plates of all the presidents all over my childhood room to inspire me to run for the President of the United States.

Guess what? After getting the taste of national politics with the U.S. Senate. I lost my interests in the politics so far.

The President of the United States is a real puppet tweaked by almost everyone.
