The crowds are gone.
The visual noise has declined.
The big television screen is blank and dark.
Yet... it's November 5th, 2008. History is here and change is in the air.
The Sorenson Language and Communication Center was mostly empty and quiet. Only thing that reminded us of the historic night spent here were the students setting up video cameras to record fellow students' reaction to last night. Everybody knows we're witnessing history as we move through the day.
This blog's purpose is to give both the deaf and hearing community a unique perspective on the political process of America. Everything will be through deaf eyes and all entries will be tailored for both the deaf and hearing readers with bilingual ASL/English postings. Vlogs will be posted often with transcripts.
